My name is Ashley Simpson, I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2014 and have loved every minute of it! After graduating from Utah College of Massage Therapy, my passion for helping people find relief from pain has grown as I have worked in various spas and chiropractic offices. I have continued my education after leaving Massage school by learning cupping through Rock Tape and taking anatomy classes at Salt Lake community college.
When I'm not at work I'm most likely hiking with my dog, looking for a new book or, podcast to listen to!

My training in craniosacral therapy and TMJ massage enhance my LMT training and my ability to treat my individual clients. I facilitate the healing of clients through bodywork, as they find their homeostasis and balance.

I became an LMT in 200. I gained invaluable knowledge and love for massage throughout years of employment in the physical therapy field, various college sports teams, and semi professional cycling teams.
